We're looking for a
Carrier Sales Representative
to build carrier relationships, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure smooth transportation of freight across our network.
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with carriers to secure capacity for shipments.
- Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Source carriers for available loads and match them with the right opportunities.
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery, solving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of carrier activities in the CRM and tracking systems.
- Consistently hit and exceed individual and team load targets.
What we're looking for:
- 6 months of experience in
sales or logistics
.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple shipments daily.
- Knowledge of domestic and international transportation (preferred).
- B2+ English level (spoken & written) – mandatory.
