About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Remote Sales Representative to join our team.
This role involves driving sales of Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Gen AI and Agile projects in Central America and the Caribbean or Andino region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of cloud computing and data warehousing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets (per Specialty / Line of Business) in the assigned regions.
- Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of AWS and Snowflake products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate to clients.
Understanding of our Specialties Portfolio.
- Sales Presentations:
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Pipeline management and opportunity progression:
Sales Rep will be in charge of managing and advanced professional services leads and proposals in their assigned territory.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and project management, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Also work with external teams regarding AWS, Snowflake and ClickUp Sales and Partnerships structures.
- Reporting:
Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology, cloud computing, AI/ML or GenAI industry.
- Pipeline experience:
Interested candidates should have experience managing a 1M USD pipeline.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace Suite.
- Languages:
Fluency in Spanish and English required.
- Travel:
Ability to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
