Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de nuestro próximo Sales Operations Specialist

Funciones

  • Apoyar la ejecución del plan LCM (Life Cycle Management) alineado con los objetivos del negocio Coordinar con diferentes áreas para asegurar la integración de las iniciativas en los procesos operativos.

  • Identificación y análisis de insights del trabajo de campo Recopilar datos e información relevante a través del trabajo de campo y analizar los resultados para detectar oportunidades de mejora y adaptar las iniciativas de la estrategia.

  • Seguimiento y monitoreo de objetivos Realizar el seguimiento continuo de los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con las tácticas de la estrategia, y elaborar reportes periódicos sobre el avance y cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

  • Respaldar y liderar el ejercicio financiero Gestionar y coordinar la elaboración del forecast financiero, colaborando con los responsables de la ejecución, asegurando precisión y alineación con las metas del negocio.

    Promover la sinergia entre todos los planes multi-stakeholder que impactan este proceso, contribuyendo así a la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

  • Comunicación y coordinación Facilitar la comunicación entre los equipos involucrados y apoyar en la sensibilización y capacitación interna cuando se requiera.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Adm Empresas, Comunicación, Economías, o carreras relacionadas con la salud.

  • Experiencia profesional de mínimo 5 años en áreas relacionadas al manejo del mercado institucional en la industria farmacéutica (ventas, financiera, marketing).

  • Manejo de office (Excel avanzado, SAP, Veeva)
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio – avanzado
  • Comunicación asertiva, negociación, trabajo en equipo, colaboración.
