We are looking for someone to join our SalesOps team.
Role Purpose
Keep our Pipedrive pipeline moving.
You’ll own follow-ups, contracts, SOWs, lead vetting, and task assignments so deals never stall.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow-Ups: Send timely follow-up emails and reminders within 24h of meetings.
- Contracts & SOWs: Draft, edit, and manage templates; ensure signatures are collected + filed.
- Pipeline Hygiene: Keep Pipedrive updated with notes, deal stages, and next steps — zero stale deals.
- Lead Vetting: Screen inbound leads against ICP criteria before handing off.
- Task Assignments: Create and track internal tasks in Pipedrive (or equivalent) to ensure smooth sales → delivery handoff.
- Documentation: Maintain sales playbooks, templates, and process checklists.
- Admin Support: Calendar coordination, call prep packs, and light prospect research.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM.
- Organized, detail-obsessed, thrives on follow-through.
- Strong written communication for professional follow-ups.
- Familiarity with contracts and SOW workflows.
- Proactive, self-starter who loves checklists + deadlines.
- 1–3 years in sales support, operations, or coordination (agency/marketing/tech preferred).
