Sales Strategy & Leadership
Lead the sales and marketing department focused on client acquisition and retention
Manage and scale the internal outbound call center team (New Business Coordinators)
Create and maintain training materials, scripts, and call cadences
Monitor performance and conversion metrics across sales funnel
Implement and optimize CRM workflows in Pipedrive or HubSpot
Oversee lead qualification, tracking, and reporting across sales stages
Ensure strong alignment between marketing, sales, operations, and credit teams
Design and execute marketing strategies across Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and landing pages
Oversee brand consistency across digital channels
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Track KPIs and marketing ROI to continually improve strategy and execution
Analyze conversion rates across campaigns and call center outreach
Use data to inform lead generation strategies and refine outbound approaches
- 3+ years in a sales and marketing leadership role, ideally in financial services, B2B, or transportation
- Prior experience leading or working within a call center, telemarketing, or customer service environment
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, email automation, and analytics
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to data
- Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written)
