  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de ventas para incrementar la participación de mercado en el sector codificación y marcado
  • Experiencia en apertura de mercado LATAM y Centroamericana (distribuidores y B2B)
  • Gestionar y fortalecer las relaciones con distribuidores y empresas.
  • Realizar análisis de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Supervisar y coordinar las actividades de ventas dentro de la región asignada.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales establecidos.
  • Participar en negociaciones clave para cerrar acuerdos exitosos.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre el desempeño del área y las proyecciones de ventas.
  • Representar a la empresa en eventos y ferias del sector.

  • Título profesional en áreas relacionadas con administración, ingeniería o afines.
  • Experiencia comprobada en ventas dentro del sector maquinaria especializada en codificación y marcado.

  • Conocimientos en análisis de mercado y desarrollo de estrategias comerciales en otros países.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región asignada.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas tecnológicas CRM y excel intermedio.
  • Nivel intermedio o avanzado de inglés.
