About The Role
With a de‑risked GTM motion and two productive AEs, and our product used daily in dozens of Global 2000 enterprises including nationwide expansions, we’re focused on recruiting our Head of Sales to go from single‑digit millions to $100M ARR and beyond.
We’re looking for a Sales Leader to “Go Long” with us and be one of the most important leaders of the company as we tackle questions like: How do we talk to every VP/Dir Ops of $1B+ revenue companies in the US selling physical products every year?
How do we get our products into every large warehouse in the US and beyond, to enable AI‑first tracking and optimization of the country’s physical economy?
Responsibilities
- Own the company’s revenue number and revenue growth rate, and continue hitting unicorn‑path growth goals
- Hire, train, coach / manage, and possibly fire Account Executives
- Tweak sales tactics, balancing tradeoffs like increasing deal size, decreasing sales cycles, and improving customer usage while mindful of company constraints like deployment availability and projected manufacturing timelines
- Work with founders and company leaders in engineering / product, implementation, and customer success to execute the company’s revenue growth plan
Must Haves
- Have taken a company from single‑digit million annual revenue to $30M+ annual revenue, and willing to do it again
- Multiple excellent Account Executives willing to join you in Month 1
- Sold to Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain executives (director‑level and above) of Global 2000 / Fortune 500 companies in the US
- Sweet spot: seven‑figure ARR deals, in a Land and Expand motion
- Sold technologically differentiated / novel products, and has experience working with technical founders in an engineering‑first startup culture
Nice to Have
- Experience selling hardware / robotics / AI
- Experience selling through channel partners, resellers, and distributors
- Has sold to both greenfield and brownfield sites
- Has led a team of outbound leadgen SDRs, including supplementing with AI
- Has managed and owned Customer Success
- Has sold six‑figure ARR deals
Compensation and Location
Compensation range shown depends on level of experience and responsibilities, and includes material variable compensation and equity.
This role is remote (US) with occasional travel to our headquarters in Mountain View, CA.
