En TP buscamos Sales Lead: Lideres de Ventas.

Tus funciones estarán entre ser responsable de coordinar y guiar a los asesores para asegurar la implementación efectiva de estrategias orientadas a mejorar el desempeño en ventas.

Esto incluye definir metas claras, brindar apoyo y monitorear continuamente el progreso para optimizar los resultados de ventas e impulsar el éxito general.

Esto es lo que harás:

  • Analizar, supervisar y desarrollar el seguimiento de la relación entre agentes y clientes, así como elaborar informes con toda la información necesaria para la empresa, con el fin de maximizar los resultados de ventas y mejorar los beneficios de la compañía.

  • Coordinar, controlar y verificar la ejecución de estrategias promocionales y de impulso de ventas, de acuerdo con las directrices establecidas por la dirección, para asegurar una mejora continua con un mejor servicio y calidad.

  • Desarrollar una relación profesional con el equipo de ventas que facilite la comunicación de sus ideas y los desafíos que enfrentan, e implementar diferentes metodologías de coaching y ventas para abordarlos en alineación con la estrategia de la empresa.

  • Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y motivador estableciendo expectativas claras, brindando retroalimentación y promoviendo la colaboración del equipo.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en la creación de promociones, campañas e iniciativas que impulsen las ventas y el compromiso del cliente.

  • Utilizar habilidades de resolución de problemas para superar desafíos de manera eficiente y garantizar una mínima interrupción del proceso de ventas.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas de la empresa y regulaciones de la industria, especialmente en términos de precios, descuentos y prácticas de ventas.

  • Apoyar al equipo de ventas en la resolución de problemas con clientes, manejo de objeciones y conversión de prospectos en clientes a largo plazo.

  • Monitorear el desempeño del equipo y generar resultados a través de sesiones de coaching individual, evaluaciones de desempeño y establecimiento de objetivos.

Educación y Entrenamiento especifico:

  • Nivel de Idioma: inglés B2+ avanzado

Experiencia Laboral:

  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia certificable en BPO (call Center) en roles de Supervisor de Ventas o Líder de Ventas (Liderazgo con equipos de Ventas) (mandatorio)

  • Horario: intensidad Semanal de 42 horas, Lunes a viernes, Franja entre 7am a 7:00pm, 2 días Off sab y domingo
