About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Engineering Delivery Manager with 3+ years of experience to connect prospective clients and internal teams.
You will lead discovery sessions, capture key details such as timelines and budgets, and turn insights into clear, high‑impact proposals.
Strong knowledge of business strategy, the SDLC, and excellent communication skills are essential.
What You Will Do
- Lead Technical Discovery calls & stakeholder engagement, assembling Sales Support Engineering teams and aligning them on preliminary information.
- Guide discussions using deep SDLC knowledge to assess project feasibility and uncover client pain points via consultative questioning.
- Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals that articulate service offerings and value propositions.
- Coordinate between Sales, Recruiting, Engineering, and other teams to ensure smooth hand‑offs from engagement to project kickoff.
- Translate complex technical aspects into business‑focused narratives to serve as a trusted advisor during pre‑sales engagements.
MUST HAVE
- 3+ years in Sales or Delivery Management roles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
- UX & presentation design acumen and a solid grasp of user experience principles.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC and agile methodologies; ability to discuss technical nuances with business impact.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to synthesize complex information and recommend actionable strategies.
- Proven teamwork and cross‑functional coordination across Sales, Engineering and Recruiting.
- Prior consultative sales experience in a pre‑sales, sales engineering or technical consulting role.
