Job description

En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de:

Impulsar la incorporación de nuevos clientes de Modern work y copilot con socios del ecosistema de revendedor indirecto; así como también estarás enfocado en una solución, y serás responsable del desarrollo de producto en tu país o región de tu segmento con un enfoque consultivo.

Debes cumplir con las expectativas de Budget.

Responsabilidad compartida.

Tu principal misión será:

  • Ejecución de la estrategia definida por producto/marketing enfocado a posicionar, desarrollar y soportar los requerimientos comerciales de los clientes basados en el nivel de complejidad de las diferentes soluciones.
  • Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a un plan con cada socio para alcanzar los objetivos mensuales de incorporación de clientes entre los revendedores seleccionados y el uso en los programas de Microsoft.
  • Supervisar el progreso, proporcionar la retroalimentación y la ayuda necesarias e implementar medidas correctivas, si es necesario.
  • Ayudar a los socios a crear ofertas atractivas que aborden las principales situaciones de los clientes.
  • Movilizar a los socios para que utilicen recursos y participen en programas de Microsoft.
  • Impulsar nuevas conversaciones con los clientes e identificar oportunidades de migración de las instancias locales a la nube.
  • Impulsar la comunicación con los socios a través de todos los medios disponibles (correo electrónico, Teams, redes sociales y teléfono).
  • Ejecutar estrategias de soluciones específicas definidas por el equipo de marketing de producto y digital.
  • Requisitos para el rol:

  • Profesional o estudiante de último semestre de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería comercial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en posiciones administrativo/comercial
  • Ideal experiencia comercial en productos/servicios tecnológicos
  • Certificaciones Microsoft (Ideal MS-900 Fundamentals)
  • Dominio de Excel Intermedio
  • Ideal dominio de idioma inglés intermedio (deseable)

  • Proactivo (a), autodidacta y orientado (a) al trabajo en equipo.
  • Comunicación Efectiva, atención al cliente, atención al detalle, estructurado(a).
  • Resolución de problemas y habilidades comerciales.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para promocionar ofertas y campañas, y capacidad para generar entusiasmo por la oportunidad de asociación con Microsoft y proveedores indirectos.
  • Conoce tu Equipo:

    Formarás parte del Equipo Comercial, reportando al coordinador de Sure Step, trabajando muy de cerca con un equipo multidisciplinario; Unidad de Producto, Operaciones, y Marketing.
