We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inside sales activities to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other innovative techniques.
- Effectively communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales and lead generation .
- Strong background in cold calling and handling client outreach.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience in the technology or B2B industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Must have good English skills.
