Qué harás como SDR

Tu misión será identificar y conectar con empresas que se beneficiarán de nuestras soluciones.

Serás parte clave del equipo comercial, generando oportunidades de negocio y ayudando a construir un pipeline robusto.

Buscamos a alguien curioso, dinámico, y con hambre de aprender y crecer en ventas B2B.

Responsabilidades

  • Investigar y prospectar clientes potenciales (outbound e inbound).

  • Contactar leads por distintos canales (llamadas, correo, redes sociales).

  • Calificar prospectos utilizando criterios definidos por el equipo comercial.

  • Documentar todas tus interacciones y aprendizajes en nuestro CRM.

  • Colaborar de cerca con los equipos de marketing y ventas para mejorar procesos y resultados.

Qué buscamos

  • 1+ año de experiencia en ventas, atención al cliente o roles similares.

  • Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita excepcionales.

  • Capacidad de escuchar, entender necesidades y generar confianza.

  • Proactividad, resiliencia y mentalidad enfocada en resultados.

  • Familiaridad con herramientas como HubSpot, Salesforce o similares (deseable, no obligatorio).
