Tu misión en Alegra 💪

Como Sales Development Representative – Partners, serás responsable de identificar, calificar y conectar con potenciales partners que fortalezcan la red de distribución de Alegra.

Tu objetivo principal será generar y entregar Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) al equipo de Partners, garantizando un flujo constante de oportunidades que impulsen el crecimiento y escalabilidad del ecosistema de aliados.



  • Gestionar y contactar leads inbound y outbound de forma oportuna, cumpliendo con los tiempos de respuesta definidos.

  • Calificar prospectos según el perfil ideal de partner (Certified Partner o Certified Reseller) para evaluar su interés y nivel de ajuste.

  • Realizar seguimiento estructurado y multicanal (llamadas, WhatsApp, correos) para mejorar la tasa de contacto y conversión.

  • Registrar interacciones y mantener actualizada la información en HubSpot u otros CRM utilizados.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de Partners para garantizar la calidad de los SQLs y optimizar el pipeline de oportunidades.

  • Analizar métricas clave (tiempo de respuesta, tasa de contacto, tasa de calificación) para mejorar el rendimiento individual y del equipo.

  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua del proceso de prospección y adquisición de leads.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en SDR, Inside Sales o roles comerciales, preferiblemente en entornos SaaS o tecnología.

  • Experiencia en venta consultiva y calificación de leads.

  • Manejo de herramientas CRM (preferiblemente HubSpot) y automatización de ventas.

  • Habilidades de comunicación y persuasión para conectar con prospectos y generar confianza rápidamente.

  • Enfoque al logro, cumplimiento de objetivos y métricas de conversión.

  • Organización y disciplina para manejar múltiples interacciones diarias.
