Your next role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact with potential clients.
Your role is to identify prospects, reach out through calls, emails, and social channels, and qualify them for our sales team.
By booking meetings and generating pipeline, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth
What You'll Do?
- Prospect and research new leads through LinkedIn, , , and other platforms.
- Execute high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) with personalized messaging.
- Qualify leads using frameworks and identify true business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead quality and pipeline generation.
- Consistently exceed weekly/monthly activity and meeting targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or client-facing roles (preferred, not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English C1/C2 if targeting US/Canada).
- Resilience, energy, and a hunter mentality.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Coachable, adaptable, and motivated by results.
- Leader of the Sales Agent.
KPIs You'll Own
- 50+ daily touches (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- 10–15 qualified meetings per month.
- Pipeline generation aligned with company sales goals.
