Contamos con un equipo sólido y robusto de consultores especializados en búsqueda y selección de personal, así como en consultoría en diversos temas asociado al Talento Humano en múltiples sectores y países, garantizando de esta manera la prestación de un servicio oportuno y resolutivo a cada una de las empresas que nos confían la selección y/o el entrenamiento de sus profesionales.

Actualmente sumamos más de 10 años de experiencia en el manejo de procesos, tanto individuales como masivos, a nivel local y regional.



Buscamos un/a Sales Development Representative (SDR) con habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, orientación a resultados y pasión por la tecnología.

Este rol es clave en el proceso de generación de demanda, ayudando a identificar y calificar oportunidades comerciales dentro de industrias estratégicas.

Serás responsable de conectar con tomadores de decisión, comprender sus desafíos iniciales y despertar su interés en soluciones tecnológicas de alto valor como inteligencia artificial, automatización, analítica avanzada y omnicanalidad.

Responsabilidades
° Prospectar cuentas clave de acuerdo al perfil de cliente ideal.
° Realizar contacto inicial a través de email, llamadas, LinkedIn y WhatsApp.
° Generar interés en soluciones tecnológicas del portafolio.
° Calificar leads utilizando marcos como BANT, y agendar reuniones para ejecutivos comerciales.
° Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para alinear mensajes y estrategias.
° Contribuir activamente a la mejora de procesos, mensajes y campañas.

Requisitos

° Titulo universitario en carreras como Administración de Empresas, Ing, Industrial o similares.
° Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como SDR en venta de soluciones tecnológicas.
° Conocimiento de metodologías como SPIN Selling, BANT, MEDDIC.
° Dominio de herramientas CRM (ej.

HubSpot, Salesforce).
° Capacidad de análisis para entender distintas industrias y sus necesidades.

Se valorará adicionalmente

° Familiaridad con tecnologías de IA, automatización o transformación digital.
° Nivel de inglés intermedio.
