Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot).
- Proven ability to achieve quota targets.
- Extensive cold calling experience is a must.
- Flexibility to follow the U.S. holiday calendar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior employment at Construction SaaS or Vertical SaaS Company.
- Comfortable with remote work.
- Responsibilities:
- Main focus on cold calling prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide the best solutions to clients.
