Tus funciones ...

Serás una de las personas más importantes de nuestro funnel y tus funciones serán:

  • Generar conversaciones de valor agregado con clientes potenciales a través de cold calling, mailing, y otros canales de Outbound
  • Conducir la investigación de prospectos, representar nuestros productos, e identificar cómo nuestras soluciones satisfacen sus necesidades.

  • Cualificar restaurantes, identificar perfil de cliente ideal, y conseguir información de contacto (buyer persona)
  • Agendar reuniones y demos de los interesados con los sales executives siendo el primer punto de contacto
  • Asignar segmentación a los leads en base a la información obtenida y actualizar el status para un correcto seguimiento del progreso
  • Mantener y organizar nuestra base de datos en sincronización con el CRM
  • Buscar de forma proactiva nuevas oportunidades.

Conocimientos y habilidades requeridas:

  • Mínimo un año de experiencia como SDR.

  • Conocimiento de CRM, aplicaciones de llamadas y manejo de Office.

  • Ganas de crecer sin límite.

  • Capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas con gran atención a los detalles.

  • Organización y orientación a procesos.

  • Versatilidad e ingenio sobre el manejo de objeciones.

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y capacidad analítica
  • Habilidad para descubrir nuevas oportunidades de negocios
  • Conocimiento del sector
