About the Role:
We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is energetic, sales-driven, and passionate about generating qualified leads.
As an SDR at EazyBe, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and booking meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make 100–160 outbound calls daily to prospects in Spanish-speaking regions.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Book meetings with potential clients for Account Executives.
• Clearly represent EazyBe's offerings, highlighting key benefits and addressing client queries.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information and follow-up notes.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly lead and meeting targets.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written) and comfortable communicating in English.
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
