We’re hiring! At Concentrix , we’re on the lookout for a Technical Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new partners into a successful program, explaining the value proposition of the commercial marketplace, highlighting opportunities, and setting clear engagement expectations.
- Activate technical consultations and Go-To-Market planning sessions.
Manage the partner pipeline through proactive outreach to ensure they receive the support needed to meet expected launch timelines.
- Build relationships and drive engagement through regular emails and one-on-one meetings.
Track progress through development, launch, and growth stages, and re-engage partners for subsequent application initiatives.
- Collect and share meaningful insights, feedback, and testimonials to inform internal stakeholders.
- Identify blockers or bottlenecks in processes or partner experiences and escalate them appropriately for resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience (B2B sales)
- 1+ year of account management experience
- 1+ year of experience in the IT industry
- Sales skills: Familiarity with modern selling techniques, consistent execution of messaging strategy, ability to engage decision-makers, and establish actionable next steps
- Business operations: Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes
- Industry knowledge: Basic understanding of the technology industry and the ability to communicate key solution messaging
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, O365, web conferencing platforms) and experience using CRM systems
- A baseline understanding of and passion for cloud technologies and innovation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone and style
Language Skills
- English: Advanced B2+ / C1 (verbal and written)
- Supported market: Fluent or Native (verbal and written)
