Role Description:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads and supporting the pipeline of sales opportunities through strategic outreach, data analysis, and automation tools.

This role requires a blend of sales development experience, analytical skills, and expertise in campaign/event follow-up—with inside sales and/or parcel/logistics industry a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts, leveraging tools through CRMs.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website interactions.

  • Utilize AI-driven SDR tools where relevant to enhance prospecting efforts and improve efficiency.

  • 1 year of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) or Inside Sales role.
