Descripción general del rol: Cambiar vidas mediante el aprendizaje es lo que hacemos… y para ello, y dentro del sector de Empresas, buscamos a un profesional proactivo e ingenioso, con sólidas habilidades de venta consultiva, quien será un aliado estratégico en la relación de nuestros clientes corporativos y Open English.

Responsibilities

El Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas es responsable de apoyar al equipo de ventas B2B en la consecución de nuevos clientes en el mercado norteamericano.

Debe tener la capacidad de reconocer una oportunidad de venta clara y saber cómo establecer una cita efectiva de preventa para nuestros ejecutivos de ventas externas, siendo creativo para llegar a los prospectos correctos (nivel de comodidad al hablar con los gerentes de compañías y demás personas involucradas en la toma de decisiones), y demostrar habilidades efectivas de comunicación oral y escrita, manteniendo la perseverancia y dedicación para hacer un volumen productivo de llamadas.

What you will do day-to-day

  • Gestionar el inicio de ventas en frío y ventas cruzadas de licencias a empresas con alto perfil corporativo.

  • Proporcionar una comunicación asertiva con los clientes prospectados a través de llamadas telefónicas, estrategias de Mailing, envío de cartas comerciales, mensajes de texto y sitios de redes sociales con el fin de agendar el mayor número de citas efectivas.

  • Realizar seguimiento de las reuniones, entrevistas y contactos realizados.

  • Preparar, estructurar y entregar reportes de gestión de contactos corporativos a nivel Latinoamérica.

  • Mantener constante estudio y optimización de procesos de ventas y estrategias comerciales con el fin de lograr los objetivos planteados.

  • Hacer notas en el CRM que reflejen todas las comunicaciones de clientes / prospectos.

  • Revisar el correo electrónico con frecuencia y proporcionar una respuesta de calidad de inmediato.

  • Mantenerse al tanto de los productos, características y beneficios que ofrece Open English para sus clientes.

  • La constante búsqueda y llamados de clientes potenciales para agendar una visita comercial.

  • Recibir llamadas entrantes (clientes de empresas interesadas) dándole la debida gestión, tal como se lo estipule el jefe inmediato.

Requirements

Lo que se requiere para el cargo:

  • Experiencia de 6 meses prospectando clientes B2B en US y 1 año en otros mercados.

  • Experiencia de 6 meses en el área de ventas estableciendo citas, llamando a medianas y grandes empresas.

  • Crear oportunidades de venta directa en sus contactos.

  • Experiencia en manejo de plataformas CRM.

  • Disponibilidad de tiempo completo.
