Sé el/la próxim@ Sales Acquisition Engineer de Global66, acompáñanos a mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas y empresas a través de productos y servicios financieros tecnológicos.

Nos hemos propuesto construir el próximo Neobanco Global de Latinoamérica y hacerlo con un gran equipo de trabajo, lleno de talentos que se desafían para crear las mejores ideas, romper límites y tomar riesgos para lograr resultados.

Tu próximo desafío es desarrollar y ejecutar, por medio de la tecnología, estrategias de generación de bases de datos calificadas para escalar y optimizar la prospección del equipo de Hunters.

El rol implica la implementación de herramientas tecnológicas avanzadas como scraping, automatización e inteligencia artificial para capturar, clasificar y enriquecer bases de datos.

Responsabilidades

  • Optimización de herramientas de lead generation como SignalHire, Apollo, Lusha, entre otras, para maximizar la cantidad y calidad de los prospectos.

  • Desarrollo de modelos de scoring y clasificación de leads utilizando IA o reglas avanzadas de segmentación.

  • Implementación y seguimiento de atribución de canales, campañas e integraciones.

  • Realizar ajustes al modelo, análisis e integrar nuevas herramientas para darle escalabilidad al modelo.

  • Experimentación y levantamiento de oportunidades de optimización de los flujos en el CRM.

Qué buscamos

  • Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, marketing, Relaciones Públicas y/o carreras afines.

  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en ventas o liderazgo comercial.

  • Experiencia en capacitación, coaching o desarrollo de equipos de venta.

  • Deseable manejo de metodologías de ventas consultivas (SPIN Selling, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
