Estamos buscando un Sales Account Manager Grandes Cuentas.

Su misión será potenciar la venta de productos y servicios de formación corporativa, así como gestionar y ampliar la cartera de clientes.

Horario: presencial en nuestras oficinas; Lunes a jueves 8:30 a 18:00, Viernes 8:00 a 14:00.

Requisitos:

REQUISITOS FORMACIÓN

  • Sólida experiencia en ventas, buen conocimiento del mercado y el sector educativo, historial de logros en venta.

  • Comunicación efectiva, escucha activa, orientación a resultados y habilidades de negociación.

  • Manejo avanzado de CRM (Zoho).

  • Gestión de grandes cuentas: captación, desarrollo y mantenimiento de relaciones sólidas y sostenibles con los clientes clave, asegurando su satisfacción y consolidándonos.

  • Contacto telefónico con decisores para concertación de visitas comerciales.

    Presentación presencial y argumentación comercial de soluciones adaptadas.

    Prospección activa y segmentada de potenciales clientes.

HABILIDADES

  • Formación superior.

    Grado o licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ventas o similar.

  • Sólida experiencia en ventas, buen conocimiento del mercado y el sector educativo, historial de logros en venta.

  • Comunicación efectiva, escucha activa, orientación a resultados y habilidades de negociación.

  • Manejo avanzado de CRM (Zoho).

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Gestión de grandes cuentas: captación, desarrollo y mantenimiento de relaciones sólidas y sostenibles con los clientes clave, asegurando su satisfacción y consolidándonos.

  • Contacto telefónico con decisores para concertación de visitas comerciales.

    Presentación presencial y argumentación comercial de soluciones adaptadas.

    Prospección activa y segmentada de potenciales clientes.

  • Seguimiento de cada cuenta: atender las necesidades claves de cada cliente, identificación de oportunidades para aportar soluciones formativas a medida.

  • Identificación de oportunidades: desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de las cuentas asignadas, maximizando los ingresos y el crecimiento para alcanzar objetivos comerciales.

  • Seguimiento completo del ciclo de venta, desde el primer contacto hasta el cierre de la operación.

  • Planificación estratégica: desarrollar y ejecutar planes para cada cuenta, alineados con los objetivos de negocio de la empresa.

    Detectar oportunidades de venta cruzada para maximizar cada cliente.

  • Reportes y análisis: preparar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las cuentas, incluyendo análisis de ventas, pipeline y recomendaciones estratégicas.
