In this role, you’ll play a key part in facilitating the company's commitment to offering virtual medical consultations, personalized medication plans, and wrap‑around support including nutrition coaching, mental‑health resources and fitness guidance.
This is a full‑time, fully remote position, based in Latin America, where you will be working closely with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and scale products used by thousands of users.

Design, build, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications, ensuring clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support web and mobile clients.
Integrate third‑party APIs and internal services, such as payment systems, authentication providers, or analytics tools.
Implement unit and integration tests (RSpec, Minitest, or similar frameworks) to ensure high reliability and maintainable code.
Optimize performance through database query tuning, caching strategies (Redis, Memcached), and background job queues (Sidekiq, Resque).
Troubleshoot and debug production issues quickly and effectively.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Document features and technical processes clearly to support team transparency and onboarding.
Work with product managers and designers to understand requirements, refine user stories, and estimate work.
Communicate progress clearly in stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Stay up to date with Ruby, Rails, and related ecosystem updates.
