Como
Gerente de Compensación y Beneficios
, serás parte del equipo de Recursos Humanos, reportando al Head de Recursos Humanos del clúster.

Este rol estratégico abarca la gestión de compensaciones, beneficios y el programa Share & Care, apoyando a todo el negocio en Centroamérica y Región Andina.

Liderarás un equipo talentoso y trabajarás transversalmente con People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition y otros equipos clave.

Tus Responsabilidades Incluirán

  • Gestión de Compensaciones: Diseñar y administrar estructuras de compensación, incluyendo salarios base, incentivos y programas de equidad.

    Realizar análisis de mercado y liderar ejercicios de benchmarking para garantizar competitividad.

  • Administración de Beneficios: Supervisar programas de beneficios como seguros de salud, planes de retiro e iniciativas de bienestar, asegurando cumplimiento normativo en todos los mercados.

  • Bienestar y Share & Care: Liderar la implementación y evolución de los pilares de Share & Care, con un enfoque en programas de bienestar físico, mental, social y financiero.

    Diseñar iniciativas innovadoras que promuevan el equilibrio entre vida personal y profesional, y fomentar una cultura de cuidado y apoyo para todos los empleados.

  • Desarrollo de Políticas: Crear y actualizar políticas de compensación y beneficios en colaboración con equipos legales y de liderazgo.

  • Análisis de Datos y Reportes: Analizar datos para identificar tendencias y generar reportes que respalden la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

  • Comunicación y Educación: Desarrollar materiales de comunicación y capacitar a empleados y managers sobre programas de compensación, beneficios y bienestar.
