Overview
Urban Insight is looking for a talented and highly organized RevOps + Executive Operations professional to become a central support hub for our revenue-generating (Sales) and back-office Operations functions.
This person will work closely with our COO, CEO, and Director of Client Development, and various department heads to support the growth of Urban Insight.
The role is an even split between revenue operations and executive support (initially our HR needs).
This is the right role for an assertive and organized individual with a passion for process and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing Operations: Assist the Director of Client Development by ensuring sales processes are followed, from initial outreach and research to proposal creation using AI tools.
Organize key documents, manage the proposal calendar, and capture and follow through on action items from partner meetings.
- Client Onboarding: After a deal closes, facilitate the client onboarding process, including scheduling internal kickoff meetings, creating handoff documents, and assisting Project Managers with deck assembly to ensure a smooth transition from sales to production.
- HubSpot & Systems Management: Maintain cleanliness and effectiveness of revenue systems, primarilyHubSpot.
Groom data, manage renewal and close dates, build reports and dashboards, enrich data from lists, ensure data integrity across platforms, and set up outbound sequences to enable the Revenue team’s outreach (using tools like Apollo, Reply.io, Instantly, etc.).
- HR & Recruiting Support: Monitor and manage the recruiting pipeline, post roles, work with hiring managers to understand needs, manage candidate workflow, schedule interviews, and support onboarding of new employees.
Success Metrics
In your first 3 months
- Become an expert in Urban Insight business development, sales, and marketing processes and tools.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of HubSpot, including reporting, lists, and configuration, while maintaining data cleanliness across revenue systems.
- Take ownership of the recruiting pipeline, align with department leads on hiring needs, and independently manage the candidate workflow.
- Build effective working relationships with the CEO, COO, and key department heads, understanding their needs and reliably executing daily support tasks in sales, marketing, and HR.
By the end of the first year
- Establish as a trusted operational partner, proactively identifying and suggesting improvements to internal sales and recruiting workflows and tools.
- Design and implement tangible improvements to sales and recruiting workflows, increasing efficiency and accuracy.
- Demonstrate mastery across the full spectrum of responsibilities, from HubSpot grooming to client onboarding and HR administration.
- Take ownership of expanded operational duties, such as managing the performance review cycle and administering HR surveys.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar revenue operations and/or executive operations role.
- Ability to set up and manage a business development process.
- Demonstrated HubSpot configuration experience.
- Experience with recruiting workflows and tools (e.g., JazzHR, ADP, Predictive Index, etc.).
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT and other agents).
- Assertive and organized individual who is highly motivated and tenacious.
- Minimum CEFR C1 level with English.
- Prioritization and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Reply.io (or similar), Apollo, Instantly, and LinkedIn Outbound.
- Project management experience in a support, Chief of Staff, or similar capacity.
- Experience in a digital or other marketing agency.
Location & Availability
This position is available for fully remote work to individuals outside of the U.S. A minimum of 4 hours overlap with 9am – 6pm Pacific Time is required.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary which depends on qualifications, experience, education, and certifications.
Our salary package includes:
- Total compensation COP 7,500,000 - 9,750,000 per month
- Paid time off (25 days including holidays)
- Performance and compensation reviews annually
- Annual customized training plan and time to work on it
