Role Summary

This is not a revenue analyst role.

This is a Revenue Engineer role.

You are the Chief Revenue Officer's (CRO) analytical weapon and automation architect.

You don't just forecast revenue — you code the system that makes forecasting automatic.

You don't just model pricing — you wire APIs that push price changes live.

Managers who only coordinate will not survive here.

Doers, builders, and killers thrive.

Responsibilities (Outcomes, Not Tasks)

  • Engineer forecasts
    that stay within ±3% of actuals, month after month.

  • Ship one new GTM or pricing model per quarter
    that directly grows top-line revenue.

  • Code automations
    that cut manual reporting time by 50%+ within 90 days.

  • Design centralized models & API integrations
    connecting Guesty, HubSpot, Power BI, and n8n.

  • Run profitability deep-dives
    by property and segment, exposing 20%+ margin lift opportunities.

  • Translate models into execution
    so sales, marketing, and ops can act in real-time.

  • Own competitive analysis
    —turn market noise into tactical positioning that drives bookings.

  • Lead revenue workshops
    that level-up teammates in system thinking and analytical rigor.

  • Continuously master new AI/data tools
    and deploy them to multiply leverage.

  • Forecast variance holds within 3%.

  • Gross profit margin expands 20%+ per segment.

  • At least one automation per month is live, reducing manual hours.

  • All financial models centralized, version-controlled, and accessible.

  • CRO decisions are backed by real-time data, not opinions.

  • Distribution and pricing models beat competitors quarter over quarter.

  • Revenue team runs on systems you built, not on manual effort.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in revenue management, financial analysis, or data engineering.

  • Proven record: You've built models that moved revenue and margin KPIs.
  • Code proficiency required: SQL + Python minimum.

    Bonus: n8n, JavaScript, Power BI DAX.

  • Hands-on API integration experience (HubSpot, PMS/CRM, finance systems).

  • Elite communication: You can turn a complex model into a one-page briefing the CRO uses to make a $10M decision.

  • Ownership mentality: You don't wait for direction.

    You build, test, and ship.

Interview warning:
You will be asked to walk step-by-step through how you built and shipped a system that moved a KPI.
