The role supports the Store Manager as second in charge, contributing to achieving store objectives and KPIs, optimizing resource use, and ensuring a memorable consumer experience.
Responsabilidades Claves
- Supervises and supports store activities, executes them with the team, and leads by example in applying service standards.
- Domains store KPIs, ensures the team understands them, and makes data-driven decisions to improve them.
- Supports the efficient use of store resources, optimizes staff scheduling, controls discounts, minimizes inventory losses, and manages operational expenses.
- Supports the store manager in maximizing store performance through optimal space management, visual merchandising, product promotion, and sales category management.
- Ensures compliance with processes and procedures, guarantees adidas standards, and reduces risks.
- Plans and executes service and sales floor action plans to positively impact store objectives.
- Supervises and executes cash transactions, ensuring they are processed quickly and accurately.
- Leds the assigned team, supports recruitment, training, and personnel procedures to guarantee commitment, productivity, and high-performance culture.
- Helps the store manager ensure the team understands how to connect consumers with digital tools and omnichannel solutions for a perfect shopping experience.
- Drives the implementation of digital initiatives, operational, and consumer-facing projects, ensuring impeccable execution from start to finish.
- Promotes the acquisition of membership in the Creators Club through the service model in every consumer interaction.
- Completes assigned training programs, including product knowledge, and applies learning effectively in the workplace, supporting team training.
- Works with a team mentality, respecting colleagues, and contributes to creating an inclusive work environment.

- Full knowledge of store operation processes and tools

Educación y Experiencia Requeridas
- 1 year of retail and sales experience
- Experience supervising a work team, managing store operations, metrics, and KPIs
