Representante en Servicio Al Cliente Job Opening In Bogotá – Now Hiring Emapta Latam

Esta es tu oportunidad para hacer parte de un equipo dinámico y en crecimiento
Estamos buscando Agentes de Servicio al Cliente con al menos 1 año de experiencia en atención por chat, que quieran trabajar de forma presencial en el Centro Empresarial Conecta (Calle 26, Bogotá) bajo un contrato a término indefinido.

Horario de trabajo:

  • Turnos disponibles:

  • 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • 3:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 5 días de trabajo a la semana, incluyendo sábados y domingos obligatorios, más 3 días entre semana

  • 2 días de descanso consecutivos entre semana

Tareas

  • Atender clientes de SHEIN España vía chat.

  • Resolver dudas sobre pedidos, envíos, devoluciones y pagos.

  • Registrar cada interacción en el sistema.

  • Cumplir con tiempos de respuesta y calidad en el servicio.

  • Participar en capacitaciones y actualizaciones de procesos.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente por chat (preferiblemente en call center o BPO)
  • Excelente redacción y ortografía
  • Habilidades de comunicación escrita
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de madrugada y fines de semana

Entrenamiento inicial:

  • Semana 1 y 2: Lunes a viernes de 6:00 AM a 4:00 PM
  • Semana 3 (Nesting): 4:00 AM a 2:00 PM
  • El beneficio de transporte inicia después del entrenamiento
