Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers
- Capacity to follow established instructions and processes
- 100% on-site position
- English level:
B2+ or C1
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues through e-mail
- Provide high-quality customer service while maintaining company standards and meeting client needs
- Record and document accurate information for each call, following internal procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and accurate problem resolution
- Manage chats and social media interactions
