  • Gestiona cotizaciones, aduanas y clientes globales en 16 países.

Descripción

Las funciones principales de este Representante Senior de Agentes Internacionales enfocado en Servicio al Cliente son:

  • Atender consultas de clientes, agentes y oficinas internacionales en inglés y español.

  • Gestionar reservas y monitorear envíos en el sistema TMS, resolviendo incidencias.

  • Elaborar cotizaciones, validar facturas y apoyar procesos internos de costos e ingresos.

  • Garantizar cumplimiento de regulaciones aduaneras y normas internacionales de transporte.

  • Coordinar instrucciones especiales de envío, incluyendo control de temperatura.

  • Apoyar en órdenes de compra y seguimiento de gastos asociados a la operación.

  • Supervisar inventarios de empaques y suministros para asegurar continuidad en los envíos.

  • Mantener relaciones con agentes, aerolíneas, proveedores y oficinas internacionales.

  • Colaborar en el mantenimiento de sistemas internos y actualización de proyectos.

  • Priorizar múltiples envíos de forma organizada y brindar comunicación proactiva al cliente.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  • Profesional en Comercio Internacional, Negocios, Logística o afines.

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado oral y escrito (REQUISITO)
  • 3-5 años de experiencia en logística internacional y procesos aduaneros (import/export, guías, normativas).

    Y, conocimientos sólidos en normativas de transporte y distribución internacional.

  • Conocimiento financiero básico para registro y control de costos.

  • Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.

  • Habilidades: comunicación clara, negociación, urgencia, atención al detalle, flexibilidad.

  • Disponibilidad para cubrir turnos fines de semana y festivos (remunerado)
  • Manejo de Salesforce en Loística (Plus)

Qué Ofrecemos

  • Contrato temporal con posibilidades de pasar de forma directa con el cliente.

  • Auxilio de alimentación $142.350 (Tarjeta BigPass) y Auxilio de Conectividad de $200.000 (luego de cumplir el periodo de prueba)
  • Trabajo híbrido (primeros 2 meses presenciales, luego solo 2 días a la semana en oficina).
