We're Hiring: Reporting Supervisor – Digital Recruiting

We're looking for a
Reporting Supervisor
to lead and guide a team of analysts within our Digital Recruitment function.
In this role, you'll ensure the delivery of accurate reports, dashboards, and insights that drive smarter hiring decisions.
What you'll do:
- Supervise and coordinate the analyst team to guarantee high-quality, on-time reporting.
- Build and maintain recruitment funnel reports, dashboards, and sourcing performance metrics.
- Translate business needs into actionable data insights and executive-level presentations.
- Partner with recruitment stakeholders to support hiring strategies and process improvements.
- Enhance data quality, streamline reporting, and implement governance best practices.
What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or talent acquisition analytics (incl.
1+ year in a senior analyst or team lead role).
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring data accuracy.
- Experience with ATS/CRM or digital hiring tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
