Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Take and make check calls with drivers to obtain location updates, confirm on-time status, and proactively identify potential issues or delays.
- Verify that loads are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Update customer portals and systems with accurate information regarding arrivals, departures, delays, and other status updates as required.
- Communicate with receivers and customers to provide real-time updates on load status.
- Accurately document all daily calls, ensuring detailed and precise information about the load is recorded at the time of each update.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Salary: $2, cop + USD Commissions
