Cybersecurity Help Desk Technician
based in
Colombia
to join our remote support team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational experience or education in cybersecurity or IT support.
You'll work with cutting-edge tools like
Syncro, Esset
and
ThreatLocker
, supporting clients remotely while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to clients using platforms like Syncro, Esset, and ThreatLocker
- Troubleshoot and resolve cybersecurity-related issues
- Manage secure access to client systems and servers
- Communicate effectively with clients in English
- Document support activities and escalate complex issues when needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum
1 year of experience
in IT support or cybersecurity, or formal education in network/cybersecurity - Basic understanding of remote access tools and cybersecurity platforms
- Strong communication skills in
English
(spoken and written) - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client systems
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working for an MSP (Managed Service Provider)
- Certifications in cybersecurity or networking (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA)
