(Remote) Customer Service Representative — Remote position open to candidates in Bogota or Medellin.
Spring Financial is a fintech company providing smart credit-building, mortgage, and lending solutions.
Our team supports customers online, via text, or over the phone.
Please note: English proficiency is required as the role is conducted in English.
What You Should Already Have
- 3-5+ years in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO setting, with North American accounts
- 1 year experience working with Excel and/or Google Sheets
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attending inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current clients (majority of work will be inbound calls)
- Providing excellent customer service at each step, taking time with each applicant to clearly answer questions and provide accurate information
- Answering customer inquiries and redirecting appropriate customers to the respective departments when needed
- Finding and implementing the correct solution for each customer, such as adjusting a payment date, processing an early payment, or restructuring loan terms; thoroughly listen to each customer and identify the best solution
- Collecting customer testimonials and handling reviews
- Attending to administrative duties such as data entry, funding, and reports
