Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives
from Colombia, the United States who possess excellent communication skills in
English and Spanish

Candidates MUST have 1-2 years of experience in Healthcare.
This is a
REMOTE
job, and candidates MUST be available to work in the PST.
Salary: $700/Month (Seven Hundred Dollars per month)
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Confirm customers' language preferences as you assist them.
- Address queries, complaints, and recommendations provided by customers.
- Redirect customers to the appropriate department if needed.
- Refer to management in instances of uncertainty.
- Provide customers with details of supplementary products or services that suit their needs.
- Monitor call and mail histories to ensure all customers have been assisted.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Proven experience as a customer service representative, customer support representative, or similar.
- Experience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferred (English and Spanish).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to craft professional emails.
- Active listening skills and attention to detail
