Job Description
An
Agile Release Train (ART)
is a team of teams that delivers value through coordinated, cross-functional efforts.
The
Release Train Engineer (RTE)
is responsible for guiding and managing the ART's execution and alignment.
This role facilitates program-level processes, escalates impediments, manages risks, and drives continuous improvement across the program.
RTEs typically come from backgrounds in program or engineering management.
They possess a strong understanding of scaling Lean and Agile practices and are skilled at navigating the unique challenges of coordinating large-scale development initiatives.
In this position, you will report directly to the
