Regional Workforce Administration Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced, strategic Regional Workforce Administration Manager to join our Workforce Administration (WFA) team.

This person needs to be familiar with I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) and US Workforce processes asides from local Workforce Administration.

The ideal candidate must be strong deploying inhouse strategies regarding employee files, benefit administration among others.

You will be leading and optimizing the delivery of retained Workforce Administration services across a multi-country region, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and a high-quality employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a regional team of 4 to 10 Workforce Administration professionals, providing coaching, managing performance, and fostering continuous professional development.

  • Oversee all retained WFA services and, for regions outside of North America (NAM), manage Benefits Administration to ensure processes are properly documented, executed, and compliant with all local government regulations.

  • Drive continuous service delivery improvement by identifying opportunities, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and collaborating with regional leaders on transformative projects (e.g., migrating administration work from other HR teams).

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of proven experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, or Workforce Administration, with a strong focus on a multi-country or international environment.

  • 2+ years of experience in people management, including leading, coaching, and managing the performance of direct reports.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR compliance requirements, employee data reporting, and Benefits Administration principles across Latam and North America.

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish , along with demonstrated experience using HRIS systems like Workday and case management tools like ServiceNow (although others similar are ok)
