If you see yourself as a great match, we’d love nothing more than for you to join us at the forefront of innovation as our new Specialist Sales Engineer!**What You’ll Do:*** Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how data pipelines seamlessly connect data sources with Falcon Next-Gen SIEM.* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements.* Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value.* Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation.* Collaborate with a global team in our remote-first environment, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones.**What You’ll Need:*** 5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions, with a solid background in IT infrastructure (networking, servers), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity (in particular SIEM solutions), application delivery, business analytics, and IT observability, complemented by hands-on experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.* A background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.* Proficiency with a programming language such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, and Unix-based shell scripting, along with experience using regex and SQL* Proven success working in distributed, remote-first environments.* We’re looking for a colleague with a great compassion for taking care of prospective customers and their challenges combined with well-rounded technical, analytical, and sales skills.* You appreciate the importance of teamwork, but will also benefit from your proactive approach to solving challenges and helping external and internal parties.* Experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR is required.
