Job Description
Under the direction of the Director of Cybersecurity Delivery Office, the Regional Security Manager protects employees and assets in multiple forms within LATAM, by providing advice and counsel to internal customers and Security Coordinators.

To do this, the Regional Security Manager can foresee emergent conditions and develop cost-effective and proactive solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will identify security and Crisis Management related processes, in the LATAM Region to reduce risks, respond to incidents, and limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical, information and personal risk.

  • You will lead LATAM region crisis management tabletop exercises annually.

  • You will assess security and emergency risks for Rockwell Automation facilities, employees, executives and other assets in multiple forms.

  • You will ensure the implementation of facility security projects for all new or retrofitted company locations in the LATAM Region.

  • You will maintain the Crisis Management program in the LATAM Region and interfaces with the CISO/Global Security function.

  • You will consistent with CISO/Global Security program content, provide security training and awareness.

  • You will perform and ensure RA and third-party security assessments are performed in the LATAM Region as assigned.

  • You will accountable for global technology solutions and security management techniques to safeguard our assets and to correct security vulnerabilities while ensuring use of personnel, financial resources and equipment.

  • You will develop relationships with high-level law enforcement and international counterparts in the LATAM Region to include in-country security and international security agencies, intelligence and private sector counterparts worldwide.

  • You will develop partnerships with all important senior location managers, executives, operations managers, corporate audit, human resources, and other main functions within the region/company to enhance existing security programs.

  • You will assist from the Global Security staff and important external partners, provide travel security program oversight/support for all employees within the LATAM Region, including the facilitation of executive protection for senior executives traveling to the geography.

  • You will lead the LATAM Region's location security coordinator program and communicate guidance and facilitate detailed training programs.

    Communicate main information as related to the protection of our people and assets.

  • You will participate in and provide support to the Director of Global Security, CISO and Ombudsman, in the LATAM America Region for sensitive investigations.

  • You will determine the need for regional emergency response plan changes and new ISO 900 Level Procedures and ensures the appropriate format and content are followed.

  • You will lead the LATAM region Secure Desk Program and provide monthly, annual metrics associated.

The Essentials - You Will Have

  • Degree in Security, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.

  • Certifications in risk management, corporate security, or executive protection (CPP, PSP, CISSP).

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate security and crisis management.

  • 5+ years of experience of risk assessment and asset protection.

  • Develop comprehensive security strategies.

  • Experience in crisis training and scenario coordination.

  • Expertise in security auditing and vulnerability analysis.

  • Knowledge of ISO regulations and global security standards.

  • Background in travel security management and executive protection.

  • Proficiency in advanced security technologies and solutions.
