We are growing rapidly and are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our expanding team.
About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our recruitment efforts by helping us source top candidates for both Recruiting and Sales teams, assisting with a variety of administrative and operational tasks (e.g., reference check process), and keeping everything running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Use Boolean searches and other advanced techniques to locate top talent.
- Find and compile sample profiles of qualified candidates for the sales team to present to clients.
- Ensure profiles match the clients' requirements and are tailored to their specific needs.
- Maintain a library of profiles for quick access and future client presentations.
- Database Management: Maintain and update an organized candidate database, tracking candidate progress, communications, and notes from interviews.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the recruitment team on sourcing activity and candidate status.
- Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling interviews, reference checks documents, follow-up communications, and maintaining recruitment schedules.
- Help streamline recruitment processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with recruitment processes or similar Human Resources roles (recruiting experience is a plus).
- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with recruitment software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
