We are growing and we are looking for an HR recruiter to come and grow with us!
This job requires a people person with a high level of responsibility, solid communication and analytical skills, and knowledge of the recruiting functions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Source, screen, recruit, and present high-quality and diverse talent for selection.
- Use our candidate database and other sourcing tools to proactively connect with candidates and build relationships that convert passive candidates to hires.
- Build relationships with clients to demonstrate the value of having a talent acquisition advisor and to better align talent to business needs.
- Advocate for and contribute to clients' employer value proposition.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for our client on the search for talent, interviews, and induction procedures.
- Analyze current situation and recommend solutions for the client and position designing and executing an attraction strategy.
- Ensure job interviews are in compliance with established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to candidates search.
- Develop methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
- Collaborate with other recruiters and HR consultants in daily work/life and special projects.

Requirements
- Bachelors in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR including recruiting, employee relations, business partner or industrial psychologist.
