The role
We’re seeking a skilled and committed Recruiter to join our team and drive recruitment initiatives in Colombia.
This role will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process—from crafting job descriptions in English to coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and presenting top candidates to clients.
Your contributions will play a key part in attracting top talent and supporting the continued growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job vacancies to onboarding new hires.
- Publish job openings across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates aligned with role requirements.
- Source, pre-screen, and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Endorse shortlisted candidates to clients, providing comprehensive assessments and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate client interviews, ensuring clear communication and smooth scheduling.
- Monitor and follow up on medical examinations, job offers, employment contracts, and delivery of work equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within Microsoft Dynamics ATS, ensuring workflow efficiency and data integrity.
- Conduct background and reference checks to validate candidate suitability.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing timely feedback and ensuring a positive hiring experience.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups with new hires to monitor integration and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the HR department and international recruitment teams to address global hiring needs.
- Support the Team Lead in overseeing recruitment team operations and sharing best practices.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent-attraction initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor regulations, as well as company policies.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the BPO industry or fast-growing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
English level must be advanced (B2+) - Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and competencies.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent assessment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work proactively and take initiative in improving recruitment and selection processes.
