Responsibilities and qualifications for the Recruiter & HR Generalist role include:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting, particularly placing professionals into international or U.S.-based roles, and bring strategic insight into talent acquisition.
The candidate will manage all stages of the recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to screening and coordinating interviews, and will also be responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless experience as they join the team.
