Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to validate and test our comprehensive digital platform, including chat systems (WhatsApp and other messaging channels), back-office applications, API services, and third-party integrations.
The ideal candidate will combine strong quality assurance expertise with business intelligence understanding and automation capabilities to ensure our entire technology stack meets both technical and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for multiple messaging platforms (WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.)
- Validate end-to-end workflows across chat systems, back-office applications, and API integrations
- Perform functional, integration, and performance testing of the entire platform ecosystem
- Test and validate third-party API integrations and data synchronization processes
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous validation across all systems
- Validate back-office administrative functions, user management, and reporting features
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve system-wide issues
- Monitor platform performance metrics and generate comprehensive quality reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and integration partner requirements
Required Technical Skills
Testing & QA Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of web application testing, including back-office and administrative systems
- Understanding of database testing and data validation across integrated systems
- Experience with microservices and distributed system testing
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Experience with data validation and business intelligence tools across multiple systems
- Ability to analyze platform metrics, user engagement, and operational efficiency data
- Understanding of KPIs relevant to integrated business platforms and customer communication
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for comprehensive analytics
- Experience validating data flows between systems and ensuring data integrity
Automation & Scripting
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices
- Ability to create automated validation scripts for chat workflows
Platform-Specific Knowledge
- Understanding of messaging platform APIs (WhatsApp Business, SMS gateways, email services)
- Experience with back-office application testing and administrative workflow validation
- Knowledge of third-party integration testing methodologies and API validation
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and business management system integrations
- Understanding of webhook management and real-time data synchronization testing
- Experience with authentication systems, user roles, and permission validation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing enterprise-level integrated platforms and ecosystems
- Knowledge of cloud services testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure validation
- Previous work with multi-channel communication platforms and back-office systems
- Understanding of data privacy, security requirements, and compliance testing
- Experience with performance testing of integrated systems under load
- Certification in software testing (ISTQB or equivalent)
