The QA Solution Architect plays a key role in advancing Gorilla Logic’s AI-enabled product engineering strategy through the design and leadership of intelligent, scalable quality solutions.

This role blends deep technical expertise in modern quality engineering with consultative leadership that drives transformation across delivery pods, clients, and internal practices.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and architecture leader, responsible for defining quality strategies that extend beyond automation—enabling continuous, intelligent, and autonomous testing ecosystems.

The QA Solution Architect engages with senior engineers, Solution Architects, Practice Directors, and client leaders and executives to ensure quality engineering is embedded throughout solution delivery and product innovation.

This role requires strong technical mastery, architectural thinking, and communication excellence to influence how Gorilla Logic designs, builds, and measures quality in an AI-first world.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with client executives, delivery leads, product managers, and engineering leaders to define quality engineering strategies aligned with business and product goals.
  
  
• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, maintainable, and intelligent QA solutions across end-to-end delivery ecosystems.
  
  
• Define test strategies that embed automation, performance, and non-functional testing into delivery pipelines from inception.
  
  
• Translate business objectives into actionable QA solution architectures that enable intelligent, AI-enhanced quality at speed and scale.
  
  
• Contribute to pre-sales and discovery sessions, presenting solution options and influencing decision-making with consultative credibility.
  
  

Technical Leadership and Delivery

• Drive the implementation of QA solutions and automation architectures using modern tools and methodologies.
  
  
• Partner with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to embed continuous quality and observability into every product lifecycle phase.
  
  
• Lead the adoption of AI-driven testing practices, including generative test case creation, predictive defect detection, and self-healing automation.
  
  
• Ensure that QA strategies are integrated with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and performance observability systems.
  
  
• Champion the evolution of quality engineering through AI adoption and cross-practice collaboration.
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement and Innovation

• Collaborate with other Solution Architects and Practice Leads/Directors to integrate intelligent QA approaches across product and platform domains.
  
  
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in AI-enabled QA, automation intelligence, and quality analytics.
  
  
• Represent Gorilla Logic’s QA architecture vision in internal and client-facing forums, sharing success stories and innovations.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practices for intelligent test automation, observability, and predictive quality models.
  
  

Sales Support and Business Development

• Lead capability-focused segments of sales and client conversations, articulating Gorilla Logic’s quality engineering capabilities and AI-enabled differentiation.
  
  
• Support opportunity framing by defining QA architecture components in RFP responses and solution proposals.
  
  
• Partner with Sales and Client Services to position quality engineering as a strategic enabler of delivery confidence and product success.
  
  

Leadership and Internal Contribution

• Act as a mentor and coach for QA engineers and architects, fostering growth in automation, AI readiness, and consulting acumen.
  
  
• Contribute to internal enablement through playbooks, frameworks, and training that accelerate the adoption of intelligent QA practices.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-practice leaders to align QA maturity goals with broader product engineering capabilities.
  
  
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and AI innovation within Gorilla Logic’s engineering community.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, automation, or architecture roles within complex digital ecosystems.
  
  
• Proven ability to design and implement test automation solutions using tools, diverse automation frameworks, and programming languages.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Applitools, or generative testing platforms).
  
  
• Strong background in test strategy design, CI/CD integration, API testing, and test data management.
  
  
• Experience leading QA initiatives using modern engineering practices—CI/CD, microservices, containers, and cloud-native architectures.
  
  
• Experience with AI/ML concepts applied to testing—predictive analysis, self-healing automation, synthetic data generation, or defect pattern recognition.
  
  
• Experience in consultative client engagements, including pre-sales, architectural assessments, and solution design.
  
  
• Exceptional communication skills: able to articulate technical concepts clearly to executives and engineers alike, with a focus on audience engagement, strategic relevance, and narrative clarity.
  
  
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive innovation across practices.
