We are seeking a
committed Quality Assurance professional
with strong experience in sales processes and call auditing to join our team and help drive excellence in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate sales calls (inbound & outbound), portals, and screen recordings in both
English and Spanish
.
- Provide structured feedback to agents and supervisors, focusing on process compliance and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement action plans and coaching sessions aimed at improving quality KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with international QA teams and departments such as Operations, Training, and Human Resources.
- Support internal audits, compliance analysis, and quality reporting.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (
C1
).
- Minimum
1 years of experience
in Quality roles within commercial or contact center environments.
- Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in office productivity tools.
- Previous sales experience – required.
