QA Engineer
to join our team.

testing and validating mission-critical Windows-based applications
that integrate with
CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) platforms
.

Requirements (must-have)
- 3+ years
of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
- 2+ years
of experience testing
Windows native
and
client-server applications
.
- Proven experience testing
Windows desktop applications
.
- Experience with
CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) platforms
.
- Proficiency in test case design, execution, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of
SQL databases
for data validation.
- Experience testing
API interfaces and TCP/IP connections
.
- Ability to verify
XML message processing and binary formats
.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Advanced English
(spoken and written).
Main Responsibilities
- Actively participate in all phases of the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
- Perform
functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing
on Windows applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects with detailed bug reporting.
- Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Automate test cases when required.
- Prepare and present test reports and status updates.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
