The Junior Test Engineer is a testing professional with a solid understanding of the testing process.

They are able to comprehend test strategies and approaches, execute test cases and scripts, develop basic test automation scripts, follow up on test plans, analyze metrics, and generate basic reports.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and follow test strategies and approaches
Execute test cases and test scripts
Build basic test automation scripts
Follow up test plans
Analyze metrics and create basic reports
Understand the difference between test strategy and approach documents
Write test cases using basic design techniques
Understand the difference between testing types and follow planned executions
Create daily and end-of-sprint reports
Execute automated test cases
Build and develop low to medium complexity test scripts
Understand how to use object locators
Understand and follow the framework architecture
Able to launch pre-created CI/CD Jobs

Required Skills And Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA.
Practical experience with JavaScript or Typescript.
Proficient in
Skilled in writing test cases and possessing fundamental knowledge of design techniques.
Proficient in different testing types, following planned executions.
Capable of creating daily and end-of-sprint reports, with a thorough comprehension of testing metrics.
English is a plus (not mandatory)
