We are looking for a QA Automation Lead to establish and drive the automation testing strategy across our gaming divisions.
In this role, you’ll design, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to players worldwide.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll mentor QA teams, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and optimize automation processes to support continuous integration and deployment in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement automation strategies covering web, mobile, and API testing.
- Design robust, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks to support functional and non-functional testing.
- Build data-driven and keyword-driven approaches to increase coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into automation solutions.
- Provide mentorship and training to QA teams on automation best practices and emerging tools.
- Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, TeamCity, or Azure DevOps.
- Incorporate performance testing into automation suites using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools.
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot automation frameworks for speed and reliability.
- Prepare reports on automation progress and metrics, presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure governance across test data management, environment setup, and compliance with industry QA standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of experience in automation architecture, with proven success designing frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript for building test scripts.
- Expertise with tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, REST Assured, Postman, or Karate.
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, TeamCity, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker for managing test environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience working in Agile environments with a solid understanding of Agile testing principles.
